In 2023 we began a sister project a few miles down the road. The kitchen garden is run by members of the kitchen team and aims to showcase what can be done when linking restaurants and land. A space that provides creativity and learning for the kitchen team but also provides genuine seasonality to our customers.
Its also the site for a communal composting scheme, run by Nathan (Wormi Vermi) who takes all the food waste from the restaurant, other local businesses and households.
